Our international commercial team is growing to help develop operations in the UK area. Tasks Your tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring new business within the UK+IE market with the following responsibilities: Apply a consultative sales approach to acquire new business Telephone customer service and account management Manage a portfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow-ups and quotations Create and manage quotations and documentation Construct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution selling Negotiate with suppliers, customers, and distributors to maximize profit margins for the business Offer hands-on customer support. Requirements Strong customer service and relationship-building skills Experience in telesales and/or e-commerce Experience in sales and customer service - preferably within the IT sector Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets Native English is mandatory. Available to work from Madrid - already resident in Madrid preferred Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts Benefits Type of contract: Full-time Salary range: 23.000€ to 30.000€ gross / year (according to your skills, knowledge & work experience) + bonus.
