The Role
You Will Be Responsible For :
1. Designing business plans in line with the Company's strategy and objectives.
2. Working with various stakeholders to ensure business plans are effectively rolled out.
3. Driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimise performance wherever possible.
4. Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
5. Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
6. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
7. Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
8. Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
9. Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
10. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
11. Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
12. Generating new business by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
13. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
14. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
15. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
16. Delivering effective sales skills training to the sales teams.
17. Coaching sales teams and helping them apply training content to real-life situations.
Ideal Profile :
1. At least 5 years of experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or Business Manager / Chief of Staff role, ideally within the Asset Management, Consulting, and Other Services industry.
2. Solid prior experience within Marketing.
3. Solid prior experience within Sales.
4. Solid prior experience within Technology.
5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
6. Organized with the ability to multi-task effectively.
7. Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
8. Strong networker and relationship builder.
9. Highly goal-driven and able to work well in fast-paced environments.
