You will support the Retail teams by managing stock, product allocations, and sample processes, maintaining strong collaboration with both internal teams and external partners. Transversal tasks supporting the entire Commercial department and all client types, such as: In this role, you will ensure operational excellence and reliability across the entire Commercial Retail department, directly supporting the smooth execution of CHANEL’s retail activities across all channels. We are looking for a structured, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work within deadlines and maintaining seamless coordination across teams. At least 2–3 years in an operational, administrative, or retail coordination role. **Organization & Rigor:** Excellent planning skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and respect deadlines. **Autonomy & Accountability:** Capacity to follow up independently on tasks and deliver consistent results. **Analytical Skills:** Ability to interpret data and ensure accuracy across all reporting and operational processes. **Excel Proficiency:** Strong command of Excel for data tracking, analysis, and reporting. **Communication:** Clear and professional communication skills, both with internal teams and external partners.
