We are searching for a Sales Director for a leading international company in the telecommunications sector, joining their new team in Málaga.

Essential Requirements
* Over 10 years of experience in telecommunications sales, optical networks, or other hardware-related telecom sectors.
* Proven success managing major accounts with Tier 1 and Tier 2 operators.
* Deep knowledge of optical transceivers, DWDM systems, coherent optics, switching/routing ecosystems, and operator procurement cycles.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close multi-million-dollar contracts.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage C-level relationships.
* High level of English (spoken and written).
Preferred
* Experience in optical module companies or photonic manufacturing.
* Familiarity with global trends: 5G transport, broadband deployment, open/disaggregated optical networks.
* Strong analytical skills.

* Availability to work in a hybrid model in Málaga.
