Our People Operations team is currently organized into 5 regions: Americas, EMEA East, EMEA West, France, and APAC. Despite this regional organization, we aim to provide our employees and internal stakeholders with the same level of service and experience excellence regardless of their location, by maintaining consistent and aligned processes globally.
Main Responsibility: The Global People Operations Advisor will ensure this alignment by owning and promoting our global processes and tools, as well as managing global projects.
What You’ll Do :
* Coordinate global processes with regional teams, HRIS team, and other people teams. Examples include:
* Manage yearly onboarding start dates calendar.
* Serve as the Point of Contact for Welcome Packs: manage monthly orders, liaise with the Onboarding Program Manager, and coordinate with vendors to resolve issues, improve processes, and negotiate prices.
* Act as the Point of Contact for Background Checks: liaise with vendors, resolve platform issues with HRIS team, manage packages in compliance with policies, and train People Operations staff.
* Collaborate with regional teams and HRIS team to load yearly Bank Holidays into our HRIS system.
Compensation & Tools Champion :
* Manage ongoing compensation letter campaigns with Compensation, HRIS, HRBP, and regional teams.
* Coordinate tools development needs with HRIS team, including Workday and ServiceNow improvements and process automation.
Oversee SOX Controls monthly processes by sending reports and implementing improvements.
Maintain process alignment across regions by developing expertise in core People Operations processes and tools, improving inefficiencies, implementing new processes, managing shared programs, and maintaining our Knowledge Base (Absences & Leaves, International Mobility, Onboarding/Offboarding, Talent Processes, etc.). Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, HRIS, Talent & Learning, and Payroll teams.
Participate in global projects requiring coordination across regions and stakeholders, and lead internal People Operations projects.
Identify and develop learning & development initiatives within People Operations, focusing on team well-being, tools, skills, and service excellence.
Who You Are :
* 2 to 4 years of experience in a People administration role.
* Strong understanding of HR operations and development of tools & processes (onboarding, offboarding, compensation) in a global context.
* Excellent administrative and technical skills (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
* Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is essential.
* Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a rapidly changing environment.
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
* Experience in multicultural, technology-driven organizations is a plus.
* Proactive, inquisitive, eager to learn, and open to new challenges.
* Able to build strong, trustful relationships with colleagues.
