Key Responsibilities:
1. Media Strategy and Campaign Management
- Develop and execute integrated online and offline media campaign strategies, with a special focus on formulating and optimizing advertising strategies
- Thoroughly understand the efficiency of each advertising channel to maximize results within limited budgets
- Establish and implement ROI control systems to ensure optimal marketing investment returns
2. Data Analysis and Optimization Execution
- Possess exceptional campaign data summarization and analytical skills, establishing data monitoring systems
- Adjust campaign strategies in real-time based on data results, continuously optimizing advertising effectiveness
- Regularly produce performance analysis reports to provide data support for marketing decisions
3. Integrated Marketing Communications
- Coordinate brand public relations activities, including media relations, KOL collaborations, launch events, and auto show support
- Manage press release writing and distribution, evaluating the communication value of sponsorships and CSR initiatives
- Ensure synergy between paid media and earned media
4. Vendor and Resource Management
- Manage media buying negotiations and optimize supplier relationships
- Oversee advertising agencies to ensure campaign quality and efficiency
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities
Qualifications:
1. Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning or digital advertising, with preference given to candidates with automotive or high-value consumer goods industry experience
- Demonstrated success in independently managing large-scale marketing budgets
- Proficient in advertising strategy, familiar with channel characteristics and campaign logic
- Strong ROI control capabilities, maximizing results within limited budgets
- Exceptional data analysis skills, able to optimize strategies in real-time based on data
- Familiarity with the Spanish media landscape and consumer behavior
