What We Expect From You

* Be relentless. Outbound is your arena and you love the game.
* Own the top of the funnel like it's your own company.
* Be resourceful. You don't ask "how do I find their email?" You've already found it, sent the message, and booked the meeting.
* Have a genuine curiosity for AI, enterprise tech, and how businesses actually work.
* Bring energy to the team. You're not just filling a seat, you're raising the bar.
* Work side by side with the CEO and the sales team to shape how we go to market.

What You'll Do

* Research and identify target accounts across Spain and Europe (mid-market and enterprise).
* Run multi-channel outbound sequences: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative approaches.
* Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team (or yourself, as you grow).
* Work daily in HubSpot: manage contacts, log activities, keep the CRM clean and reliable.
* Use tools like Clay, Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and whatever else gets the job done.
* Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging, ICPs, and cadences.
* Track your own metrics, analyze what works, and iterate fast.

What We're Looking For

* 1-2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales, SDR, or business development (SaaS or tech preferred).
* You know your way around a CRM (HubSpot is a plus).
* Comfortable with cold outreach. Rejection doesn't scare you, it fuels you.
* Strong communicator in Catalan, Spanish, and English.
* Structured and organized, but fast. You can manage high volume without dropping the ball.
* Bonus: experience in startups, sales automation tools, or the AI/tech ecosystem.
