Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media, SEO, Content, Analytics)
TVU Networks is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. You will be part of a global marketing organization in a fast-growing, innovative business. We are seeking a motivated and creative marketer who brings ideas to the table, executes campaigns with attention to detail, and understands the metrics and KPIs that drive performance.
Key skills and requirements
* Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field
* Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to follow multiple projects simultaneously. Curious, eager to learn, and interested in experimenting with new ideas and trends
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience planning, executing, and analyzing paid campaigns, including CPC and paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar)
* Understanding of web analytics and performance measurement (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar)
* Basic knowledge of, or strong interest in, SEO and GEO,
* Familiarity with marketing fundamentals such as attribution, customer journey
* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs (HubSpot is a plus)
* Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to optimize for inbound marketing
* Working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
What you’ll do
As part of the marketing team, you will help shape how broadcasters, media organizations, and content creators discover and adopt cloud-based live video technology.
* Execute and analyze paid digital campaigns, collaborating on optimization, reporting, and performance improvements
* Partner with regional teams to support digital marketing needs and adapt campaigns for local goals and audiences
* Collaborate in the creation of engaging content across formats, including landing pages, ads, emails, and video
* Improve the user journey through conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing page testing, and funnel analysis
* Support marketing automation and lead nurturing initiatives in HubSpot or similar platforms
* Track, report, and analyze marketing performance data, including traffic, conversions, leads, and campaign results, to inform future initiatives
