You will act as a bridge between Corporate HR, local HR, and Corporate Finance, focusing on cost efficiency, compliance, and workforce analytics. /ppbr/ppYour main responsibilities will include: /ppstrong- Financial Oversight: /strong Monitor and control HR-related costs, specifically salaries and benefits. You will prepare and manage global HR budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances between actual and planned expenses. /ppstrong- Workforce Data Analytics: /strong Build an HR metrics culture across the organization, driving data analytics processes. You will provide accurate headcount and compensation reports and support strategic workforce planning with data-driven insights. /ppstrong- Master Data Management: /strong You will be responsible for HR Master Data and the coordination of personnel planning, leading the requirements to ensure accuracy across all group affiliates. /ppstrong- Strategic Support: /strong Advise HR leadership on cost optimization and resource allocation.
