In this remote Spain-based role, you will be a key driver for Cardiac Ablation Solutions, supporting the Affera Mapping and Ablation System and related technologies. You will train and assist physicians and EP lab staff, build trusted partnerships with hospital stakeholders, and help ensure successful adoption of advanced electrophysiology solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and optimize territory coverage while staying ahead of competitors. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to impact patient care on a global scale through innovative cardiac technology.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and EP lab staff on the Affera Mapping and Ablation System, Pulse Select PFA, and Arctic Front Advance Cryoablation
- Deliver product expertise through sales presentations, live demonstrations, installations, and ongoing support to drive technology adoption
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted partner and resource
- Maintain advanced clinical and technical knowledge of company products and monitor competitor offerings
- Demonstrate composure and proactive problem-solving in high-stress situations
- Collaborate with account teams and Sales Managers on territory reviews and strategic planning
- Serve as liaison between sales teams and technical staff to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
- Support English and Spanish-speaking customers in a remote role based in Spain
Responsabilidades
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Sales or related scientific discipline
- At least 6 years of experience in electrophysiology procedures and product
- Background in Cardiology or experience as a Cardiac Physiologist
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and excellence
- Valid driving license with clean record
- Strong understanding of 3D Mapping systems is highly advantageous
