Overview
We're looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to provide and manage HR services for a specific business unit. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner, advising the business on all people-related matters and helping drive the execution of HR plans.
Responsibilities
* Provide strategic guidance to the business on a wide range of HR matters.
* Drive the execution of HR business plans and assist in the interpretation of HR metrics and reports for management.
* Cascade and apply HR policies, Ethics and Compliance (E&C) standards, and national labor regulations to the management team.
* Ensure coherence and harmonization in the implementation of compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment policies, working closely with management to align with business objectives.
* Support and encourage the professional development of all employees.
* Ensure appropriate consequential management is applied when necessary.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an HRBP or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and national labor regulations.
* Experience in advising management on complex people-related issues.
* Ability to drive HR plans and interpret data to support business decisions.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
* Experience in compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment.
