We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Senior HR Business Partner for Mainland Europe. Reporting to the HR Director for Europe, the main role of the People Partner will be to drive the People agenda across all regions in Europe according to the company values and People processes, managing end‐to‐end workflows, as well as supporting leaders and employees during their journey at Sabio. You will work in an international, dynamic, and passionate environment. You will collaborate with the rest of the People team to deliver impactful HR solutions to address global business challenges and make the experience to our employees brilliant.

Role PurposeThe Senior HRBP for Europe will provide strategic and operational HR support to over 300 employees across multiple European offices. This role partners with business leaders to drive people strategies, foster a high‐performance culture and ensure alignment with organisational strategy and goals, contributing directly to organisational performance and employee engagement.
The Senior HRBP will be a subject‐matter expertise in business partnering, with a focus on building strong relationships, enabling workforce effectiveness and tactical delivery with strategic thinking and is instrumental in executing high‐impact people initiatives.
The Senior HRBP operates with autonomy, navigating ambiguity, solving moderately complex challenges and influencing outcomes across teams and region.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to European business leaders, shaping people plans that support organisational objectives.
Coach and influence managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and capability development.
Partner with global HR colleagues to localise and implement people initiatives across all regions.
Be a member of our European Health & Safety Committees, complying with obligations in terms of occupational risk prevention and preparing necessary documentation for clients.
Employee Relations
Oversee the employee lifecycle including onboarding, off‐boarding, engagement and development, and employee relations.
Issue offer letters and employment contracts across all regions in Europe in line with Sabio policies and benefits.
Lead on complex ER cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant outcomes.
Provide proactive guidance to managers on employee relations, absence management, and wellbeing, and manage the holiday tool with the People Administrator.
Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of European employment laws and advise on policy and practice.
Compensation, Benefits & Reward
Deliver annual reward processes (salary reviews, bonus cycles) in collaboration with global Reward teams.
Advise managers and employees on reward policies, benefits, and recognition frameworks.
Monitor reward competitiveness through benchmarking and market insights.
Performance & Development
Embed performance management processes, ensuring objectives, feedback, and career development are consistently applied.
Partner with Talent & Organizational Development colleagues to support succession planning and capability‐building in Europe.
Promote learning opportunities and support managers in developing team skills.
Workforce Planning & Change
Partner with leaders on organisational design, restructures, and change programmes.
Lead or contribute to cross‐functional projects, demonstrating strong organisational and time‐management skills.
Provide HR support during periods of transformation, ensuring employee engagement and risk mitigation.
Align workforce planning with business goals and global operating models.
Data & Insights
Produce and interpret people dashboards, using data to highlight trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and workforce demographics.
Use insights to influence leadership discussions and inform proactive HR actions.
Partner with Finance and Operations to ensure workforce data supports broader business planning.
Work closely with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals, supporting organisational changes, restructuring and DEI initiatives.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or related fields.
Deep understanding of Spanish (at least) labour legislation and its practical application in a corporate setting.
5‐6 years of experience in HR Ops (especially Employee Relations & legislation).
Experience working in matrix organisations and influencing across cultures, functions, and different levels of the organisation.
High (C1) Level of English, spoken and written.
Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Iris Cascade, Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Pinpoint, Greenhouse).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools in global businesses.
Problem‐solving and analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and present insights.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to express clearly and effectively at all levels and conduct difficult conversations when necessary.
Good understanding of People KPIs, data, analysis and how to apply them to foster a high‐performance culture.
