**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential customers and real estate developers, in a start-up environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and capture a larger market share for assigned territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine customer needs and provide flawless solutions
- Successfully implement sales plans and meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and deliver sales proposals to key stakeholders involved in decision-making processes.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry developments
- Align and adhere to sales processes and guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or greater in the Life Science Business, Marketing or a related field with equivalent experience
- Proven track record of success in a sales role
- Previous experience and awareness of science startup business environments and Bio-incubators
- Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to compete and excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Background in drafting customer agreements or partnership contracts
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
