¿Dónde vas a trabajar?Established hospitality group¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?- Full responsibility for the hotel's operations, including P&L, guest satisfaction, staff management, and compliance.- Define and implement strategic plans to improve performance, occupancy, and revenue.- Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with brand values and service excellence.- Liaise with ownership and senior management, providing regular performance updates and strategic input.- Drive continuous improvement in customer experience, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives.¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?- University degree, preferably in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Over 10 years of experience in hotel management, including at least 5 years as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.- Proven track record in leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.- Demonstrated experience in driving cultural change, operational improvement, or hotel repositioning.- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a clear focus on results and service excellence.- Fluent in English;
