You will be part of a diverse engineering team, participating in the full engineering life cycle.
This includes designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying new software engineering solutions and infrastructure for the production scale of the world's largest companies.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with general consulting teams to identify software solutions to client business problems, and within a cross functional product team to develop and deploy production quality code, to prioritize and execute those solutionsServe as a technical lead in designing, developing, and documenting full stack application software; evaluating third-party software products for integration as neededLead front-end development including unit and integration frameworks, package management, and CSS preprocessorBuild reusable libraries and software components to accelerate the delivery of client solutionsParticipate in the full software development life cycle including architecture design, writing documentation and unit/integration tests, identifying issues and resolution, writing clean code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring other EngineersWork closely with web designers and developers to create modern UI/UX web applicationsChampion best demonstrated practices in software engineering, and share learnings with team members in AIS about theoretical and technical developments in software engineeringLead industry-leading innovations that translate into great impact for our clients in case workInfluence, educate and directly support the software engineering capabilities of our clientsStay current with emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing, data analysis, and software engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the capabilities of the software platformAbout youEducation & ExperienceMaster's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field5 years minimum experience3+ years at Senior or Staff level, or equivalentC1 or C2 proficiency in English and SpanishTechnical Skills and Knowledge:Experience (4+ years) with designing and building full-stack applicationsExperience (3+ years) with web application development and technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, HTML and CSSExperience with server-side development with frameworks and technologies such as FastAPI, Node.js, Flask, Django,.
