The following challenges await you :
* Coaching and supporting the Scrum team in applying and developing the Scrum process
* Planning and facilitating Scrum events such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Sprint Reviews
* Promoting team development through training and workshops in Scrum methodology
* Identifying and removing obstacles that impact team productivity
* Strengthening team dynamics and fostering a self-organized, efficient approach
* Ensuring effective communication between the Scrum team, product owner, and stakeholders, and promoting transparency
This is important to us :
* Academic background: Degree in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience: At least 3 years as a Scrum Master in agile software development
* Certifications: Certifications such as Professional Scrum Master, Professional Agile Leadership, or Professional Product Owner are advantageous
* Technical tools: Experience with Atlassian software suite tools
* Language skills: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
* Soft skills: Strong organizational, time management, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to motivate teams
