- In our team, you will be **responsible for process management and reporting/SLAs coordination.** Your main tasks will include:
- Technical and operational coordination of the project, ensuring proper execution of activities and achievement of established objectives.
- Management, monitoring, and improvement of processes.
- Ensuring the execution and optimization of the integral reporting model, as well as the consolidation of the global service level (SLA) model.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?**
- For this position, we are looking for professionals with** at least 5 years of experience in IT Service Management** who wish to develop their careers in a stable and well-established environment, with proven experience in:
- Defining, implementing, measuring, and negotiating service level agreements (SLAs) related to IT Service Management.
- Demonstrable experience in projects for defining and implementing IT management processes based on ITIL best practices.
- Advanced level of English.
- Experience in ITSM process management.
- Experience with ITSM management tools (ServiceNow).
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
