Your key responsibilities will be:
* Support in acquiring new clients: identifying business opportunities and generating leads.
* Participate in discovery meetings with potential clients, helping to understand their needs and representing North's vision from day one.
* Contribute to the preparation of commercial proposals, collaborating with the team to craft compelling and tailored pitches.
* Represent North at in-person events, networking opportunities, and industry gatherings — bringing energy and embodying our studio culture.
* Conduct market and competitor research to identify potential clients.
* Manage and update prospect and opportunity databases – HubSpot CRM.
* Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on generated opportunities.
You will bring to the table:
* Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
* Interest in the commercial area and business development.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
* Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
* Fluent level of Spanish and an intermediate/high level of English is a plus.
