Role Overview
You will provide tourists with high-standard support during refund transactions, tailored to specific requirements and cases. Maintaining a high level of client experience is crucial as part of the customer journey.
What You Will Do
* Offer refund services and first-level support during refund processes, ensuring professionalism aligned with policies and procedures.
* Provide a warm, friendly welcome using smiling, eye contact, and a friendly tone, addressing customers by name.
* Anticipate and fulfill customer needs proactively, creating memorable and personalized tax refund experiences.
* Build strong relationships and ensure a positive refund experience for customers.
* Empower customers by creating personalized experiences.
* Resolve issues related to tax-free purchases courteously and helpfully.
* Maintain and manage all cash register operations and cash management.
* Report and escalate system or validation issues to the manager on duty.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety in the environment.
* Protect customer, employee, and company confidential information and assets.
* Own and promptly resolve customer problems.
Who You Are
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (finance, hospitality, retail luxury).
* Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures.
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Arabic, Russian, Chinese language skills are a plus.
