We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Hotel Manager to support the leadership and operational excellence of Casa METT Sitges.
This strategic leadership role will support the Cluster General Manager METT Barcelona & Casa METT Sitges in overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic performance, ensuring full alignment with METT brand standards, driving business profitability, and delivering exceptional guest and team experiences, reporting directly to the General Manager.
The Hotel Manager will play a key role in strengthening operational performance, leading high-performing teams, and supporting the successful launch and positioning of Casa METT Sitges.
Main Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager in the overall strategic and operational leadership.
* Act as the General Manager in his absence, ensuring seamless operational continuity and leadership presence.
* Oversee the performance and coordination of all operational departments across.
* Ensure the consistent implementation of METT brand standards, operational procedures, and service excellence across all departments.
* Drive a culture of service excellence, innovation, and guest-centric hospitality.
* Play a key role in the pre-opening phase of Casa METT Sitges, supporting operational planning, implementation of standards, and readiness of all departments.
* Participate in the strategic and operational planning to support long-term positioning and growth.
* Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and development projects.
* Contribute to the preparation and execution of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and business plans.
* Ensure the achievement of key financial objectives including revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
* Monitor and analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
* Support the development of short- and long-term strategic objectives.
* Lead, inspire, and develop the executive leadership team and department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
* Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences aligned with the METT brand philosophy.
* Proactively manage and resolve guest concerns and operational challenges when required.
* Maintain the highest standards of service quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
* Maintain strong communication and alignment with ownership and corporate stakeholders.
* Support strategic projects, operational enhancements, and brand initiatives.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience within the hospitality industry.
* Proven experience as Operations Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Hotel Manager in luxury or lifestyle hotels or international hospitality groups.
* Experience in hotel openings or pre-opening projects is highly desirable.
* Strong operational expertise across Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, and overall hotel operations.
* Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong focus on guest experience, operational excellence, and service quality.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and results-driven environments.
* Fluent Spanish an English is required; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
* Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) and operational technologies.
