As a Customer Service Expert, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Your Responsibilities and Impact: Support new and existing customers across various markets Collaborate closely with sales, application engineers, and the engineering department Quotation processing: Check and record queries, coordinate customer-specific tooling solutions with specialist departments and field service, prepare and submit quotations, follow up on open quotations Order processing: Manage sales documents with shared service support, coordinate tooling solutions, dispatch order confirmations, invoices, and drawings, manage open orders Handle complaint management using CRM systems Support sales promotion activities (campaigns, promotions, end-of-quarter initiatives) Digital document management and filing according to standardized criteria Take responsibility for overall customer satisfaction (SLI)
Skills, Qualifications, and Interests: Native or near-native proficiency in Hungarian, German, or Dutch, depending on role German B2 and English C1 (required for Hungarian and Dutch roles) At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service Completed commercial or technical education Strong interpersonal skills and empathy for customer needs Structured, ambitious, and optimistic work style Excellent cooperation, communication, and negotiation skills High resilience and sense of responsibility Enthusiasm for continuous learning (SAP, IT, product knowledge) Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus Knowledge of SAP, CRM, PLM, and B2B lead generation is advantageous
