Neuraxpharm is looking for a Corporate Market Access & Pricing Lead.

(hybrid role)

Your Mission

The mission of the Corporate Market Access & Pricing Lead is to drive the development and implementation of market access and pricing strategies across Europe and the International Region, ensuring optimal reimbursement, sustainable pricing, and broad patient access for innovative pipeline assets, digital and medical device solutions, and value‑added or mature branded medicines.

The role provides strategic insight, leads cross‑functional alignment, and oversees the execution of key initiatives with internal teams and external partners to secure favourable market conditions in line with the company's global objectives.

Your Major Accountabilities

- Planning and execution of key market access and pricing activities

Propose the optimal market access strategies depending on country specific policies and pricing environment.
Deliver market access plans based on HTA procedures/public procurement and consideration of cross-country reference pricing.
Propose optimal pricing strategies in line with the product lifecycle (LoE), IRP rules and the status of the product

Conduct price scenario modelling and help develop a pricing database to inform organisation and country plans of the adecuado approach.

Implement price governance with a focus on improving revenue, volume and operating margin.

- Crossfunctional collaboration

Collaborate on HTA submission projects and fill the evidence gaps based on the gap analysis
Early engagement with the key internal stakeholders (medical, marketing, digital teams) to ensure strategic insights and alignment.

Partner with affiliates on local market access submissions and assist in development of national, regional and local pricing strategies including tendering and contracting.

Communicate clearly the implications of new policies, and propose actions needed to ensure the optimum environment for our products

- Project management and execution

Collaborate on development on key value messages and value propositions, core value dossiers, objection handler and prepare the negotiation strategies to support pricing and reimbursement applications/public procurement.

Feed or create a repository of corporate price information and reimbursement status for our prod-ucts and update it regularly
Lead the MA/pricing research to define the optimal patient journey and regional price strategy and define pricing corridors.

Participate in the evaluation of business development projects and new pipeline products to help build best pricing and market access scenarios and business cases.

- Maintaining knowledge and expertise

Anticipate the changing payer, pricing and reimbursement landscape by building and maintaining knowledge of Market Access trends.
Anticipate and manage access risks linked to Medical Device Regulation, digital health frameworks, and evolving reimbursement pathways.

Monitor the external pricing and reimbursement environment using a variety of sources and synthesizing relevant information to develop strategic plans.

We Would Like You To Have

Higher level degree in life sciences and or economics
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in preparing HTA dossiers/reimbursement requests for innovative drugs and value-added medicines
Previous strategic and operational pricing experience, ideally on a global basis, at least within Europe
Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic, budget impact models and other HEOR tools
Experience in CNS and/or neurology therapeutic areas will be a plus
Preferably qualification supporting knowledge of Health Economics and Pricing
