We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer (Deskside Support – Level 1) to join our team in Ogrove, Spain on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, bilingual IT professional with a strong customer service mindset to provide on-site technical support in a dynamic corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Level 1 desk-side support and resolve technical issues efficiently
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Provide professional and timely customer support in person and via ticketing systems
Perform IT setup, device deployment, and general maintenance
Ensure a positive user experience through clear communication and follow-up
Requirements
Proven experience in a Deskside Support / IT Support Level 1 role
Fluent Spanish and proficient English (minimum B2 level)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work onsite in a professional office environment
Must have a valid work permit allowing full-time employment in Spain
