* Provide the necessary administrative and coordination support in implementing projects;
* Assist project consultant teams (PCTs) in organizing, conducting and/or documenting PCT meetings;
* Organize, update, and maintain project files, e.g., reports, project work plan, implementation and personnel schedules, project description sheets, ISO forms, etc.;
* Format and package project reports and edit project reports, if necessary;
* In coordination with the Finance and Admin (F&A) Department, PCTs, and, if needed, in consultation with the legal advisers, assist in preparing contract and sub-contract documents with service providers;
* Act as Project Coordinator and manage the implementation and monitoring of contract and sub-contract provisions;
* Act as documentor of meetings, workshops, and training activities, when necessary;
* Prepare/edit office correspondence, endorsements, memoranda, and other official documents prior to submission to the President for approval;
* Coordinate with Business Development and F&A in the performance of tasks, as needed;
* Provide project updates and recommendations to address issues to management; and
* Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
* 5 years of work experience
* College graduate/minimum of 4 years university degree
* Good writing and communication skills
* Multi-tasking ability highly preferred
* Experienced in project management/project coordination and report writing
