Eurovision Services is seeking a highly motivated **Service Manager** to be part of our _Production Hub_, based in Madrid.
**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION**
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for for the daily operations of the Production Hu
- Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders ahead of each matchday.
- Ensure resource availability, booking and efficient communication with the different teams involved ahead of a matchday
- Support and facilitate the operational needs of the various teams.
- Communicate any last-minute updates or changes promptly to all parties involved.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on any technical issues.
- Track and report any incidents that occur during the shift.
- Prepare and distribute a daily service report at the end of each day.
- Gather and consolidate service-related data.Perform administrative tasks related to the service
**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years of similar professional experience, with an international working environment
- Relevant experience in the field of broadcasting or broadcast/customer servicing
- Proven track record of the management of complex broadcast operations
- Experience with technical and IT aspects of broadcast operations
- Proven financial literacy, and ability to manage large budgets efficiently
- Data Collection & Reporting
- Strong interpersonal skills, including communication, teamwork and adaptability
- Problem-solving, time management and ability to work independently under pressure with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Italian or French is a plus
