- Act as the lead data analyst for the IT project delvieralbles, being responsible for the capturing of the overall workstream requirements and documenting final deliverables
- Identify strategic data sources from the current data feeds and determine any gaps or impacts
- Lead a team who will implement technology solutions to automate tasks and simplify reporting processes
- Work with the solution architects, Data Analytics & BI Solutions teams to agree the target state
- Manage, track and report on plans to the key stakeholdersMANDATORY SKILLS:
- excellent communication skill, both written and oral, being comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and create reports
- practical experience of leading a data workstream, including data mapping / quality checks / modelling and leading other BAs and directing developers
- eliciting and documenting functional requirements and creating technical specifications
- documentation of the to be state including data flows / models and technical diagrams (working along side architecture functions)
- ability to create / manage workstream plans and resolve issues / mitigate risks
- strong SQL skills to carry out data analysisNICE TO HAVE SKILLS
- knowledge of AWS services and being able to select the appropriate ETL / BI solution to meet the requirement
- understanding of how to train chatbots / AI
- experience creating BI dashboardsQUALITIES
