Could you be the full-time Learning Manager in Madrid we're looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive expertise in the innovative field of Learning and Development. You'll report to the Country Talent Development Manager based in Madrid and work alongside a collaborative and dedicated team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in enhancing our training initiatives, ensuring effective delivery and alignment with business needs. Day-to-day, you'll collaborate with teams across the business such as Marketing and Sales to manage training requests and schedules, coordinate sessions with internal trainers, and more.
You'll specifically handle the planning and implementation of the training plan, conduct audits, and report on KPIs. Additionally, you'll focus on maintaining customer satisfaction by addressing any issues that arise during the training process.
We look to you for:
* Managing training requests and schedules according to business requirements.
* Planning and updating the strategic learning and training plan.
* Learning coordination: ensuring professional delivery of training sessions by following internal processes, standards, and tools for planning and deployment, including maintaining training data using the appropriate systems and supporting participants, trainers, and Line & HR Managers throughout the process.
* Coordination with the central team regarding training certifications.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction daily, including immediate correction and follow-up on any issues reported or detected, as described in the process.
* Identifying local suppliers/internal trainers, scheduling dates, and agreeing on content for internal training.
* Carrying out audits and reporting on KPIs.
