United Barcode Systems (UBS) is a leading manufacturer of industrial coding and marking solutions. With a strong international presence and a well-established distributor network, we continue to expand into new and existing markets.
We are looking for a Sales Area Manager to strengthen our International Sales Department and work closely with the rest of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop the distributor network in the assigned regions (Europe, Africa & Middle East depending on profile).
- Prospect new distributors.
- Identify new business opportunities and create market growth plans with each distributor.
- Support and oversee commercial activities: business visits, technical and sales training, end-customer visits.
- Attend international trade shows, industry events and commercial trips.
- Analyze market performance and propose actions to increase sales and positioning.
- Collaborate closely with internal team and other company departments to provide full support to distributors.
Minimum requirements:
1.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.
2.- Language: English– High (C1-C2), negotiation level, (other European language is appreciated).
3.- Experience selling in international environment with distributors.
4.- Willingness to travel 30-40%.
5.- Place of residence: Maresme or other but close to Vilassar de Mar.
6.- Strong communication, planning and business development skills.
7.- Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive and growth-drive profile.
