Scientific Product Manager (SPM)
Responsibilities
* Lead cross‑functional execution (engineering, data science, design, scientific stakeholders) in an Agile environment.
Qualifications
* BS/MS (PhD preferred) in bioinformatics, biology, or related field.
* ~5+ years’ relevant experience, including product management for software products.
* ~Experience in pharma, biotech, or digital health preferred.
* ~Familiarity with data analysis (Python, R, or MATLAB a plus).
Jotelulu Product Manager – Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) Vertical
Responsibilities
* Own the product vision, roadmap and execution for the RMM vertical, in alignment with our broader cloud and automation strategy.
* Lead product discovery with IT administrators and MSPs to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
* Prioritize and deliver core RMM capabilities, including device inventory, monitoring, patch visibility, ticket insights, and filtering capabilities for faster decision‑making.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure and AI teams to design telemetry pipelines, alerting mechanisms, automation policies, and future AI‑driven recommendations.
* Work closely with Frontend & UX teams to build a unified RMM experience across devices, organizations, and environments.
* Define product KPIs (adoption, engagement, device coverage, MTTR improvement), track results and iterate based on usage data.
* Coordinate with GTM, Sales and Partner Success to build pricing, packaging, positioning and partner enablement materials.
* Ensure strong alignment with other product pillars (IaaS, Marketplace, Automation & AI) to deliver a cohesive management experience for our partners.
Basic Qualifications
* ~5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS.
* Experience in at least one relevant domain: RMM, endpoint management, IT Management, or observability/monitoring in multi‑tenant platforms.
* Strong discovery skills and experience working directly with technical users (IT admins, MSPs, sysadmins).
* Proven ability to define roadmaps, write clear requirements, and collaborate deeply with engineering teams.
* Comfortable working with data: defining KPIs, analysing product usage, and making decisions based on trends and insights.
* Solid understanding of concepts such as telemetry, device monitoring, patching, alerting, RBAC, and automation workflows (you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should speak the language).
* Experience working in agile environments using tools such as Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Bitbucket, etc.
* Strong communication skills and ability to align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales and Partner Success.
* English is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience building or scaling zero‑to‑one technical products in cloud or IT operations.
* Experience working with MSPs or SMB‑focused IT service providers.
* Understanding of MSP business metrics (MRR, attach rate, churn) and how product decisions drive partner value.
* Experience designing multi‑tenant workflows and dashboards for large device fleets.
* Proficiency in Spanish (helpful for daily interactions with partners and internal teams).
Manager, Product Management – Merchant Solutions (UATP)
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with leadership in shaping the product roadmap, and support requirement gathering, backlog definition, and feature delivery.
* Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, including sequence diagrams, flow diagrams, and swim lane diagrams.
* Work closely with system architects, developers, QA testers, DevOps, and business analysts to deliver scalable and resilient payment solutions.
* Contribute to defining and monitoring non‑functional requirements (performance, availability, resilience, security) critical for cloud‑based systems.
* Engage with external partners (PSPs, acquirers, fraud and tokenization providers, FX services, etc.) to ensure successful API integrations and efficient payment flows.
* Support the design and delivery of core payment platform capabilities that improve efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
* Stay on top of payment industry trends, including emerging technologies and evolving payment methods, to align product evolution with customer and market needs.
* Collaborate with commercial, compliance, and operations teams to ensure product development supports business objectives.
* Contribute to business cases, requirement documents, and executive‑level presentations to support stakeholder alignment.
* Provide input and support for the go‑to‑market strategy for new features and maintain feedback loops with customers.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent professional experience.
* 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with direct involvement in building payment systems.
* Deep knowledge of payment flows (e.g., credit cards, account‑to‑account payments, real‑time payments, BNPL, refunds, voids, reversals, settlement).
* Strong technical expertise, with proven experience working with APIs, cloud‑native architectures, and non‑functional requirements for high‑scale systems.
* Proficiency in creating detailed requirement documentation, including process flows, sequence diagrams, and technical specifications.
* Proven track record of working effectively with cross‑functional technical teams (architects, developers, QA, DevOps).
* Strong business acumen in payments; experience with payment orchestration platforms or multi‑PSP environments is highly desirable.
* Experience in airline or travel industry payments is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business discussions.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) required; additional languages are a plus.
* Must reside in North America, Latin America, or Europe and be authorized to work in the country of residence without visa sponsorship.
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 15% internationally and to work flexible hours to support global teams.
FX Forwards Product Sales Executive (Revolut)
Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets set by sales management.
* Communicate the value proposition through a solution‑based sales process.
* Develop the knowledge and skills of the wider sales team.
* Maintain fluid communication with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian is required. Demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in telesales, and a keen interest in starting a career in a high‑performing sales culture.
