PbJob Description /b /ppbAs a Field Service Engineer your main functions/tasks will be: /b /pulliBe relied upon for troubleshooting support for non-routine problems in the system. /liliResponsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical components. /liliResponsible for the maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical control components. /liliCommunicate with various parties on the work performed and present status of specialty systems. /liliInterpret engineering drawings in reference to layout, location, and operation of the system. /liliExecution of preventive maintenance (both electrical and mechanical) /liliReporting of executed maintenance activities /liliAnalysis of system errors /liliReplacements of machine spare parts. /liliReporting of problems and maintenance activities that need attention. /liliAttending to call outs, faults, alarms, and warnings and monitor system from the Control Room. /liliCompliance with all Vanderlande programs, policies, and procedures. /liliPerform other duties / assignments that might be occasionally required by the management. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbJob Requirements: /b /pulliElectrical License /liliConstruction/Maintenance Electrician License is required /liliExperience of supporting automated systems with a proficient level of electro- mechanical skills /liliElectrical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills, including the replacement and configuration of field devices. /liliMechanical fault-finding and fault-rectification skills. /liliExperience with electrical schematics / wiring diagrams. /liliSkilled in the use of standard electrical test instruments. /liliRelevant vocational and / or technical qualifications. /liliAbility to read diagrams, electrical drawings, operation manuals and manufacturers specifications /liliKnowledge of use of hand tools, precision measuring and testing instruments. /liliFlexibility with time, able to shift priorities quickly based on staff and system needs. /liliTeam player with strong verbal and written communication skills. /liliCustomer and service oriented. /liliWorking knowledge of computers and equipment. /liliAbility to solve problems under pressure. /liliPro-active attitude towards process improvement /li /ul
