At Netzon Group, we’re growing fast—and we’re looking for motivated Account Managers to join our International Team in Barcelona for our Agilent.
Build relationships with Lab Managers and key decision-makers to reactivate dormant accounts and grow Agilent Services & Support sales, including service contracts, training, and financing solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to accelerate sales, improve customer satisfaction, and secure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities to expand service portfolio adoption through tailored solutions.
Outbound Sales: Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand Service Contracts and Maintenance/Repair Services.
Inbound Sales: Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.
Customer Relationship Management: Sales Funnel Management: Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer car, engineering, and field services. To deliver exceptional customer experience.
Fluency in Spanish, Catalan & English.
Proven Sales experience, including track record of meeting and exceeding targets (B2B experience is a big plus).
Ability to build strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Efective Time Management and Organizational skills.
Experience in insurance sales would be a plus.
Start Date: ASAP.
Contract: Temporary (3 months with 1 month of probation).
Full-Time: 39 hours per week.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (1 short day per week)
Performance Bonus: Up to €11,000 gross per year (€2,750 per quarter) Based on performance and Sales Targets.
Working Model: Hybrid - 6 days per month in the office.
