Position: German Sales Representative
Location: Barcelona
Work Model: Hybrid (39h/week)
Responsibilities
* Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships
* Develop and optimize high-performing PPC campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote services and identify client needs
* Increase campaign spend through upselling and strategic guidance
* Maintain accurate customer records and manage a high volume of daily calls
Requirements
* Native or fluent German (C1-C2) + good level of English
* EU Passport or Spanish Residence Card
* 1+ years of experience in cold calling and IT outbound sales prospecting
* Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and identify decision makers
* Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
* Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, confident, and competitive
* Solid understanding of digital advertising and social media platforms
