✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- at least 3–4 years of hands-on experience in OT cybersecurity, ideally within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in security incident response and vulnerability management within OT/ICS environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and technologies (ISA/IEC 62443, NIST, defense-in-depth, network segmentation, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with NIDS fine-tuning and close collaboration with automation and engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and gap analysis skills, with the ability to propose and drive remediation actions.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex cybersecurity topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English is mandatory ;
Spanish is a niceto have.
- Availability to be onsite, once per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Automation or a related technical field.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Act as a senior technical consultant providing expert guidance on OT cybersecurity topics across pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
- Perform NIDS fine-tuning, maintaining regular contact with automation and engineering teams to optimize detection and response.
- Identify OT cybersecurity gaps through assessments and analysis, and actively support remediation initiatives.
- Lead and support security incident handling and vulnerability management activities in OT environments.
- Contribute to the definition, improvement, and alignment of OT cybersecurity architectures.
- Independently execute complex cybersecurity tasks, defining scope, actions, and deliverables end to end.
- Proactively track open actions, ensuring timely completion, accurate reporting, and escalation when required.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, automation, and IT stakeholders.
- Participate in onsite team meetings, engaging with field stakeholders and project teams.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to OT security governance, processes, and technologies.
