Miravia is looking for a Key Account Manager. About Miravia: Miravia is a cutting-edge e-commerce platform connecting buyers and sellers seamlessly. Main Responsibilities:
* Management of a portfolio of key sellers in the Fashion and Sports industry.
* GMV growth, negotiation at the C-level of the strategic plan, defining and executing growth strategies.
* Business development to convince relevant retailers and distributors to cooperate with Alibaba.
* Negotiating with key sellers, promoting local selection, and ensuring business goals are achieved.
* Prioritize seller growth based on market opportunity, product mix, and price advantage.
* Understand the main distributors in Spain for the fashion and sports industry.
* Analyze user demand for commodities and formulate annual product promotion rhythm.
* Maintain good relationships with key accounts and provide guidance within Alibaba platform operations.
* Understand new business opportunities and implement with sellers.
* Analyze service metrics, content metrics, and marketplace dynamics.
* Provide technical guidance on integration methods between seller ERP systems and marketplace.
* Comprehensive analysis based on multi-dimensional data systems to deliver KPIs.
Job Requirements:
* Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with at least 1 year as KAM in a marketplace or distributor/retailer/brand managing marketplace business.
* Experience in seller operation and platform operation, familiar with distributors, retailers, and e-commerce platform operations.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
* Strong ability in data processing and analysis, Excel proficiency.
