**What you’ll bring to the table**
You are keen on working in an international environment, consulting with Business Team members, HR Business Partners, and Finance Business Partners to understand hiring targets and implement proactive recruiting strategies to accomplish complex hiring initiatives. You will be functioning as the experienced professional voice adding value throughout the process and with knowledge on where to search and identify passive talent. You can take advantage of your education and eventual prior experiences to be fluent in profiles, competitors, and the technology industry.
**Some details about what you will do**:
- Responsible for the implementation of sourcing strategies with the ability to work in multiple business units as an excellent and highly-valued partner.
- Be prepared for the future by pipelining talent, utilizing evergreen requisitions to,.develop agile & passive pipelines of professional prospects. Be strategic in using a variety of social sources, working proactively with a passion for making excellent diverse hires, and pulling hight
- qualified talent over the line.
- Communicate with Hiring Managers to fully understand every vacancy in detail. Interact with them regularly keeping informed on progress and providing consultancy on how to develop support.
- Meet established service levels (SLA’s) to maintain excellent client value add and demonstrate excellent recruiting standards and methods.
- Provides guidance and support on creating an engaging job posting to target and hire accurate profiles.
- Collaborate easily with HR Business Partners and Regional Talent Leads to provide information on the market trends and salaries.
- Encourages employee referrals.
- Understands the strength of socializing jobs and working to engage hiring teams in spreading the work and adding value to the process.
- Recognize Taleo as our system of record and ensure it is used daily to follow all talent activity.
- Assists on projects and adds value to the projects owning some of the work and research.
- Established in the market and talent segments with a track record of attending local events and community-based networking events.
- Experience recruiting in other EMEA countries (considered a plus )
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Collaborative attitude, to support and address hiring managers on best practices in recruiting process, interviewing, and education
- Passion for Social Media sites, especially LinkedIn
- Ability to support result collecting and presenting excellent funnels data
- Established in the market and talent segments with a track record of attending local events and community-based networking events.
- Passionate about developing diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing business priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with all levels of the business.
- Ability to handle high volume and diverse requisition load in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to discuss hiring activity utilizing ATS reports and sharing progress at any moment.
- Diplomacy and confidentiality are a must.
**Preferred skills**:
- Experience within SaaS and Cloud arena
- Other European languages a plus
