The mission is to ensure that supplier calls and emails are properly addressed on time, guaranteeing an accurate end‑to‑end process and providing the highest service to external clients. This position will control suppliers' inquiries and requests, ensuring compliance with payments while delivering outstanding service to our external clients.
The Opportunity The primary responsibility is to manage supplier communications effectively and maintain compliance, while delivering superior service.
What you'll get to do
Fast and effective response to inbound calls and emails.
Resolve status queries.
Provide best‑in‑class supplier service based on a deep understanding of Accounts Payable.
Collaborate closely with the Accounts Payable Department, Treasury, and internal users to resolve situations.
Escalate potential issues as needed.
Ensure contractual SLA is maintained (48 hours to answer emails).
Ensure the end‑to‑end supplier service process is completed.
