Job Description
Adaptation, optimization, and further development of the abas ERP system according to operational requirements.
Creation and maintenance of scripts, reports, and interfaces in the ERP system.
Implementation of business processes in abas.
Close cooperation with the specialist departments to identify and implement IT solutions.
Support with rollouts and the implementation of new modules or functions.
Analysis and correction of errors in the ERP system and support for system documentation.
Administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud ecosystem (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Office, Telephony, Defender, Intune) in line with organizational security, reliability, and usability standards.
Assist users with questions and issues related to the Microsoft 365 Suite.
Backup and restore of the Microsoft 365 tenant using appropriate methods.
Creation and maintenance of documentation for internal IT needs and end users.
Coordinate with co-determination committees for the introduction and configuration of new Microsoft 365 services.
Communicate with service providers.
Your Profile
* Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable training.
* At least 3 years of professional experience in developing and supporting an ERP system.
* Experience in Microsoft 365 tenant administration or in managing a Microsoft on-premises/hybrid environment.
* Understanding of business processes and their mapping in ERP systems.
* Experience with interface connection and database management (e.g., REST-API, MariaDB, MSSQL).
* Knowledge of Linux (Debian), virtualization (KVM/qemu), bash scripting, and related technologies.
* Analytical, structured, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong project management, communication, teamwork, and independent working skills.
* Customer service orientation and high teamwork skills.
* Structured, process-oriented, and conscientious work approach.
* Good self-organization and time management skills.
* Business fluency in German; good written and spoken communication skills.
* Good technical knowledge of English is an advantage.
