As our Founding
Marketing Artist, you'll primarily own the creative direction and execution of our user acquisition and marketing campaigns across all digital channels, with some support for product design and branding needs. You'll quickly bring marketing concepts from ideation to production, working closely with our team to create visuals and videos that drive user growth while maintaining brand consistency.What You'll Do
Own end-to-end creative production for marketing campaigns across all channels (80% of role)Create engaging motion graphics and static assets for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, etc.Repurpose and localize existing assets for different formats and audiencesPrototype and iterate on creative assets based on performance data and trendsManage third-party creative vendors to ensure quality and timelinessDesign and maintain a cohesive visual identity for marketing effortsCollaborate with the performance marketing team to optimize creative performanceConduct A/B testing of creative assets to maximize effectivenessSupport the product team with basic UI/UX and branding design needs (20%)Own branding materials, including logos, videos, social visuals, and app store assetsIntegrate UGC with AI-generated visuals for seamless consumer experiencesShare design best practices and marketing trends to influence creative decisionsRequired Skills & Experience
Strong portfolio of digital advertising assetsExperience in non-game mobile app environmentsExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)Proficiency with emerging tools like CapCut, FigmaExperience with AI creative tools (Arcads, Heygen, Runway, etc.)Knowledge of competitor creative search (Meta, TikTok, Sensor Tower)Experience in performance marketing and creative iterationProven success in mobile app marketing campaignsStrong motion design and video editing skillsUnderstanding of social media creative requirementsNice to Have
