Join our MAHLE team! #StrongerTogether- The Controller, reporting to the Head of Controlling will support the month-end-closing and reporting process, ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and compliance with guidelines and deadlines defined by the MAHLE Group.
- **Your Role & Responsibilities**-
- Participation and preparation of yearly business plan. Analysis of variances vs budget and previous year.
- Participation in 5 years strategic plans.
- Enhancement of reporting.
- Cost control and analysis of all plant expenses and KPIs.
- Support plant activities from a controlling point of view.
- Opex control in deep contact with plant stakeholders.
- Support in the implementation of new procedures from general Controlling.
- Handling of BU internal and corporate queries.-
- **Your Skills & Strenghts**-
- Degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- 2 - 3 years of professional working experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English.
- Knowledge of SAP. Preferent SAP HANA.
- Knowledge of industrial sector. Automotive industry is a plus.
- Result oriented.
- Ability to analyse large and complex data and extract simple actionable insights.
- Very good team spirit and communication skills.
- Structured, solution-oriented and proactive way of working.
- Analytical thinking.-
