ABOUT THE ROLE
\n
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and scale high-performance systems that power a modern Ads platform, handling large volumes of real-time data with low latency. You’ll build APIs and services across campaign management, targeting, and reporting, while driving architectural decisions that ensure reliability and scalability. This role offers strong ownership, technical leadership, and the opportunity to shape distributed systems in a fast-paced, data-intensive environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
\n
Architect, build, and evolve core systems for the Ads platform
\n
Design APIs and services supporting campaign management, targeting, delivery, attribution, and reporting
\n
Build and optimize high-throughput, low-latency systems processing large volumes of events and data
\n
Own critical systems end-to-end, including design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and improvements
\n
Drive architectural decisions and establish patterns that support scalability, reliability, and developer productivity
\n
Collaborate with product, data, and partner teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
\n
Provide technical leadership through design reviews, system discussions, and mentoring engineers
\n
Contribute to engineering best practices, documentation, and platform vision
\n
Participate in hiring and help grow a high-performing team
\n
MUST HAVES
\n
5+ years of software development experience building scalable systems
\n
Strong computer science fundamentals with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
\n
Solid understanding of distributed system architecture focusing on availability, reliability, and performance
\n
Strong focus on execution and delivery of the product
\n
Exceptional attention to detail and focus on quality and long-term goals
\n
Strong communication skills
\n
Demonstrated ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and support
\n
Leadership mindset with ability to take initiative and deliver results
\n
Comfort working xugodme in a fast-paced, evolving environment
\n
Upper-intermediate English level
\n
NICE TO HAVES
\n
Familiarity with the programmatic advertising ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, affiliate programs, Prebid.js, Prebid Server, Google Ad Manager, Amazon UAM/TAM, OpenRTB, identity and addressability solutions, and ad operations workflows
\n
Experience with AdTech, data platforms, distributed systems, or analytics pipelines
