At Astek, we are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager with strong SAP experience to join a long‑term global finance transformation program for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies.
You will play a key role in a complex SAP initiative focused on Operational Transfer Pricing and CO Allocations, delivering a SAP PaPM implementation within a highly regulated, international environment. You will collaborate with global Finance and IT teams across Europe, the US and other regions, contributing to the evolution of enterprise‑wide financial processes and digital platforms with high business and regulatory impact.
Your Mission
* Lead the end‑to‑end SAP PaPM implementation for Transfer Pricing and CO Allocations, ensuring scope, timelines, quality and budget are met.
* Coordinate and align multiple functional SAP Finance streams (Management Accounting, Tax, IC, Procurement, Reporting, Analytics).
* Manage dependencies and collaboration with technical teams (BTP, Basis, Authorizations, Application Development, Middleware).
* Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear IT delivery plans, ensuring cross‑team alignment.
* Apply and follow Roche’s Project Management Methodology (PMM), ensuring governance, quality gates and required deliverables.
* Drive project documentation and execution through tools such as Solution Manager (SolMan) and PMM standards.
* Proactively identify risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, and drive mitigation actions.
* Act as a key partner for business and IT stakeholders, ensuring strong communication and engagement across all levels.
* Report project status, progress and risks to senior stakeholders and program governance bodies.
Who Are You?
* Proven experience as a Senior IT Project Manager leading SAP projects, preferably in Finance.
* Strong background in SAP Finance environments (FI/CO);
experience with SAP PaPM, Transfer Pricing or advanced CO allocations is a strong plus.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi‑stream SAP programs with both functional and technical teams.
* Experience working in large, international and highly regulated organizations (pharma, life sciences, banking, insurance, telco).
* Comfortable working with structured project management methodologies (PMI, SAP Activate, corporate PM frameworks).
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, finance leaders and executives.
* Hands‑on, proactive mindset with a strong focus on delivery and transparency.
* Fluent English (C1 level) for daily collaboration in a global environment.
