About Avanmed
avanmed was founded in 2017 after our co-founders, Johann and Pablo, saw that many doctors and medical practices were struggling to attract new patients—not because of the care they provided, but because they couldn't reach the right patients online. With over 20 years of combined experience in healthcare, we built Avanmed to help practices grow by enhancing their digital presence and connecting them to the communities they serve.
To achieve this, we go beyond strategy—our work relies on creative execution. That's where the graphic designer role comes in: bringing ideas to life visually so our clients' online presence truly reflects the quality of their care.
Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for executing brand and graphic design projects across client campaigns and Avanmed's own brand portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, this role involves collaborating with clients and teammates to deliver high-quality creative assets from concept through execution.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong design thinking skills, adaptability across different formats, and the creativity to produce polished, compelling visual solutions. You will be responsible for translating strategy into design, directly creating assets, and leveraging resources when needed. The idóneo candidate is able to sketch, articulate, and refine creative concepts while ensuring consistency across campaigns and platforms.
Job Role
Design websites in the healthcare, medical and aesthetic fields
Create social media content
Crete MP4 visualizations for TV displays
Design email camping banners and layout
Create ads for social media, banners, stories, instant experiences
Study campaign and audience requirements and determine design requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on campaign requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and account managers to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Qualifications
Proven graphic designing experience (plus)
A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
A keen eye for aesthetics and details
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in English
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
Experience Required: 2+ Years

Language Requirement: C1 English or above
