6 years of experience in Radio optimization & planning services.~ Advanced knowledge about radio KPIs (2G/3G/4G/5G) optimization, proficient in KPI optimization, parameter tuning, and related optimization activities.~ Experience in Orange/MasMovil/Masorange optimization project delivery is preferred.~ Proactive and eager to face challenging customer & project~ English and Spanish, English (B2/C1) is a must.
KPI monitoring and report:
based on customers’ requirements, define KPI monitoring report and process to identify performance issue timely.# KPI performance degradation detection:
