**Position Snapshot**:- Location: Barcelona, Spain- Company: Nestlé Global Services Spain- Stream: IT Finance & Control and Legal- Type of Contract: Permanent- Type of work: Hybrid/Remote- Work Language: Fluent Business English- We are looking to onboard 2 Business Analyst - Tax***The role**:- We operate on a product management operative model, being General Ledger and Asset Accounting, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Tax, and Travel & Expenses, all of these within Financial Accounting product group.- Team has integral scope and responsibility.- As Business Analyst your key assignment will be to support the Central Finance Implementation with focus on the contribution of Transfer Price and direct Tax initiatives.***What you’ll do**:- You will serve as a business analyst between the IS/IT & the NBS Business. As part of the Product Team, you bring deep understanding to the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advises on the best solutions. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements.- Take ownership to define, drive and deliver the technology roadmap together with the Product Manager, the solution architect, and the Business stakeholders for the area in scope, by analyzing, documenting and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.- Partner with NBS business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT requirements.- Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation.- Develop, motivate and direct staff belonging to various organizations (business and IS/IT) to understand the business needs and find the best solution that will both align with the customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy.**We offer you**:We offer more than just a job.
