As a Booking.com Customer Support Specialist, you will be able to assist customers with booking travel plans, answer inquiries and guide them through their dream destinations.
What you will be doing
* Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users
* Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users´ inquiries
* Research travel options tailored to each customer’s preferences
* Modify reservations based on client needs
* Process payments and travel cancelations
Job Requirements
* Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in Danish
* Good communication skills in English
* Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
* Ability to handle unexpected changes
* Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
