The Role
As Mechanical Commissioning Lead, you will represent the client and take full ownership of mechanical commissioning activities across a high-profile project. You will drive quality, performance, and accountability from pre-commissioning through to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all mechanical commissioning activities
* Coordinate contractors and specialist vendors
* Review and approve technical documentation
* Witness inspections, testing, and system validation
* Manage snagging, issue resolution, and close-out processes
* Ensure systems are fully operational and handed over to the highest standards
What We're Looking For
* Strong background in mechanical commissioning
* Client-side or CXA experience preferred
* Proven leadership on large-scale projects
* Excellent stakeholder and contractor management skills
* Detail-driven xqysrnh with a quality-first mindset
