Key Responsibilities
Deliver tailored Fractional CFO services to startups and SMEs, ensuring exceptional financial guidance.
Provide expertise in financial planning, cash flow management, and profitability analysis, with a strong results-oriented approach.
Lead financial area restructuring and process optimization for growing companies.
Build and maintain long-term relationships as a trusted financial advisor to clients.
Collaborate with entrepreneurs and cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges and generate tangible value.
Promote financial literacy through seminars, reports, and actionable resources.
Requirements
University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields (additional business consulting or management training is a plus).
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial consulting, ideally working with startups and SMEs.
Strong command of Spanish accounting and tax regulations.
Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential for communication with international clients.
Entrepreneurial mindset with results-driven approach and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Experience in team leadership and project management .
