The Area VM is responsible for implementing the global VM strategy in the region, supporting and training store VMs to achieve objectives. The base boutique is in Barcelona.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure Maison image standards are maintained across all boutiques.Oversee in-store client experience, including lighting, music, videos, and decoration.Manage store window setups and collection launches aligned with VM and Merchandising Calendar.Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, Operations, Merchandising, Marketing/Events) for high-quality execution.Coordinate external suppliers to meet brand standards.Manage VM props and inventories, ensuring good condition and informing needs to the Zone VM Manager.Provide feedback and support to in-store VMs using photo-reporting, respecting timing and quality standards.Monitor boutique performance, product rotations, and sell-through rates to maximize sales.Train and engage retail teams on image standards and VM practices.Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in an international environment;
English as the primary business language.Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
