Senior Events Marketing Manager (B2B)Job LocationDescription and Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Events Manager to join our Marketing Team and lead the execution of high-impact events. As a key member of our go-to-market team, you will collaborate with marketing and sales to enhance the HQTS brand through face-to-face, hybrid, and digital events. You will be responsible for creating and implementing event strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of events.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Events Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Event Strategy & Execution: Developing strategies for various event formats (tradeshows, forums, roadshows). Managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including pre-event, on-site, and post-event phases.
* Vendor & Partnership Management: Overseeing relationships with vendors and agencies. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for smooth event execution.
* Event Design & Logistics: Managing the design and setup of event booths. Handling logistical arrangements such as venue selection and scheduling.
* Content & Messaging: Creating and reviewing event materials with content creators. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective messaging.
* Performance Measurement: Tracking event performance and business impact. Managing lead tracking and follow-up activities.
* Campaign Management: Leading pre- and post-event activities, including communication campaigns and reporting. Identifying and managing new event opportunities.
* Creative Execution: Applying creativity to event planning and execution. Developing engaging concepts and storytelling.
* Feedback & Improvement: Conducting post-event evaluations and leading review meetings. Gathering insights for future improvements.
Skills / Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience in event marketing with vendor management.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Understanding of B2B marketing practices.
* Strong creative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Proficient in budgeting and managing multiple events simultaneously.
