Key Responsibilities:
- Process complex sales orders with precision and commercial awareness.
- Manage invoicing, returns, and credit processes while maintaining compliance.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through regular touchpoints.
- Maintain and update customer master data, ensuring data integrity.
- Register and follow up on customer complaints, providing timely resolutions.
- Provide critical information to internal sales team.
- Open and follow up on tickets for any potential issues.
- Participate in and support departmental projects.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Critical Experience
- Previous experience in customer service and administration with demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with sales, finance, or logistics teams is highly valued.
- Project management experience is advantageous, particularly in process improvement or customer-focused initiatives.
Critical Knowledge
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of commercial operations, order-to-cash processes, and customer relationship management principles.
- Knowledge of business administration, agriculture, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and compliance frameworks is advantageous.
